Q: What types of rental homes do we manage?
A: We specialize in single family rental homes cosnisting of small to large houses, condominiums, duplex's, tri-plex's and four plex's.
Q: How do we find a rental home?
A: You can use our WPM Listings search feature or Other Listings search option located under the Search Rental Lisings tab on our web site.
Q: How do we apply to rent a home?
A: Contact one of our agents to show you the property and they will give you an application to fill out or use our online application on our web site.
Q: How much is our rental application fee?
A: Our Application fee is $35 per person 18 years of age or older that will be living at home (including spouse).
Q: How can you pay the application fee?
A: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and personal in State checks. Cash will NOT be accepted.
Q: How long does the application process take?
A: Normally it takes two business days if all requied information has been submitted with the application.
Q: What happens if my application is approved?
A: Normally you will have 48 hrs to sign the lease and pay the required move in funds. Move in funds are required to be in secured funds (cashier's check from your bank or money order only). We do NOT accept cash, personal checks, or credit cards for move in funds.
Q: How long is the required lease term?
A: Most of our lease terms are for one year. Occasionally we have rental property owners that are willing to accept less than a one year lease or willing to agree with a longer term lease.
Q: What happens if my application has been declined?
A: Depending on the reason of being declined - it is possible that we may have another rental property owner that is willing to accept your application.
Q: How can I pay future rent payments?
A: Please visit our payment options page located under the Residential Service tab then select Tenant Services.
Q: What happens if I have a maintenance or repair issue at my rental property?
A: Contact your property manager by phone or email. If you cannot remember who your property manager is, then refer to your lease or contact the office for more information.
Q: What if I need to break my lease obligation?
A: Please refer to your lease agreement - lease break policy page or contact your property manager for more information.
Q: How long will it take to receive a refund of my security deposit?
A: Please refer to our Security / Refund Policy page located under our Residential Services tab then select Tenant Services. You may also refer to your last page of the Property Move-In & Move-Out Condition Report.
