Instructions for completing the WPM South Tenant Application Form:

• The following form is an Interactive PDF form which allows filling the form on your computer. This form requires that you have Adobe Reader. A link has been provided below to download Reader, if you do not already have it.


• We strongly encourage all applicants to fill out the application on the computer.


• Please fill out all applicable fields completely. Missing information will cause a delay in the application process.


• Please fill in the name of the Leasing Agent. If you know the name of the Property Manager, please fill that in as well.


• You may print out the application after completion and fax to us at (253) 638-0437.


• Please note that all phone number and social security number fields will automatically format for you. You will only need to type in the numbers. This also applies to any dollar amount fields.


• If you choose to print out and fill in by hand, please make sure that all information is legible.


• Once your application has been submitted, you can expect to be contacted by the Property Manager within 24 hours.
