Because we split our time between Spokane, WA and Sun City, AZ, we are seldom "in the neighborhood" of our Tacoma property and rely totally on Sarah to keep us informed as to issues that come up with the property. Sarah is an excellent communicator, and we have many times been appreciative of the way she works with our tenant to solve maintenance issues. She works tirelessly to find good contractors for us when repair and maintenance work is required, and submits contractor bids to us for our review. Sarah is always upbeat and has never, ever once complained when we asked for additional bids, or when we asked for more information of any kind. She stays on top of our whereabouts so that accounting statements are sent to whichever address we currently inhabit. No matter how busy she is, she is always very quick to phone or email us when we need her, or vice versa. We look forward to working with Sarah for years to come.

Kira and her team of professionals were very helpful while I needed to rent out my property. They all went above and beyond -- being very friendly and professional.  

Kira maintained very good communication between the tenant and herself ... I had no reason to make contact with the tenant myself, which is what I wanted. It worked very well.

I highly recommend her if property management is required.
