Ordering Homeowner Documents Online

Welcome to WPM South’s Homeowners Association Document Ordering. This service is an effective way to obtain the documents you require.

Documents Requiring Preparation: Some documents must be individually created and may not be available for immediate delivery.

You will be notified by our office when these documents are ready.

Terms & Conditions:  Before completing this transaction, you must agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. Fees: A three percent (3%) Service/Convenience fee will be charged for each order.
  2. Delivery of Documents: We will make our best efforts to deliver documents as soon as possible. We understand the importance of time with the information requested.
  3. Electronic Delivery: We prefer the convenience of providing electronic delivery of documents via Email or a Dropbox link for large documents.

Refund Policy:  Normally we have a no refund policy, however, under special circumstances, we can provide a refund.

Condo Documents:
– Condominium Resale Certificate
– Lender Questionnaire (Please provide the document you need completed.)
– Escrow Demand Statement
