REFERRAL FEES

We are committed to helping our local network of sales agents maintain their valued relationship with homeowners and buyers. Refer your rental customers to us and we will reward you with a referral fee and ensure they are referred back to you when they are interested in selling or buying. 

We pay a $200 Referral Fee per managed property; or a $150 Referral Fee per non-managed property; or a $150 Referral Fee when a tenant is secured into one of our rental homes.
