Tenant Payment Options

Below are your payment options.

As a reminder per paragraph 4a of your Lease Agreement:
Rent is due on or before the first (1st) day of each month.

OPTION 1 – PREFERRED

Pay Online. You will be able to pay your rent (and other charges) online directly from your bank account. You can use the payment system to view your current/upcoming charges and your payment history. You can even set up a recurring payment so your rent is paid automatically – no more worrying about forgetting to pay your rent on time or dealing with late fees!

You will receive an email with the subject line WPM South, LLC – Pay Your Rent Online to activate your tenant portal. The email will contain a link that you’ll need to click on so you can set up your password. Keep an eye out for that email. Make sure to check your spam folder/junk mail for the subject line above to ensure you don’t accidentally miss it.

E-Check: No fee for E-Check using your bank account/routing number. IMPORTANT: Please note, entering your bank account/routing number incorrectly will result in an NSF Fee and possible late fees.

Debit and Credit Card: Fees will apply for debit and credit card payments.

OPTION 2 – UPON REQUEST

Electronic Cash Payments with Your Cash PaySlip. You will need to request the Cash PaySlip from your property manager in order to use this convenient feature. You can take this PaySlip along with your cash to the nearest Walgreens, Walmart, 7-Eleven, CVS, Casey’s General Store, or Ace Cash Express PayNow locations. Present your cash and PaySlip which includes instructions for the cashier to make your payment. Once the transaction is processed, you will be provided with a receipt as proof of payment. There will be a processing fee applied to each completed transaction. Please keep this PaySlip to pay your monthly rent payments. For your convenience, we suggest keeping the PaySlip in your car’s glove compartment.

For tenants paying by cash at 7-Eleven Cash Express, there is a $3.99 fee for up to $1,500 towards rent. Multiple transactions can be made for amounts exceeding $1,500. There will be a $3.99 fee for each transaction. Transaction fees may increase.

Note: Tenant’s rental payment data may be reported by Experian RentBureau to credit agencies.
