Applicant Screening Results in the Placement of Quality Tenants
Our Property Managers verify interested applicant’s rental history, credit and criminal history. They set clear expectations regarding tenancy.
Our state of the art Property Management software allows for online rent collection, maintenance coordination, owner and tenant statements, and tax reporting. Owners and tenants have access to an online portal to view statements, pay rent and report maintenance.
WPM South’s lease agreements require tenants to provide proof of renter’s insurance.
In the event a tenant has to be evicted, we use a local company, Landlord Tenant Services, to serve legal notices and work with us through the eviction process. The owner is charged a fee only if this service is used. Fees paid by the owner are applied to the tenant’s ledger for reimbursement to the owner. There are no monthly charges for this service. The owner is only charged for the notices/summons posted to the tenant during this process.
If a tenant is delinquent in rent, caused damage beyond their security deposit and can be sent to collection, we are there for you during this process as well. We prepare the paperwork required and submit to a local collection company.
There is no monthly charge for this collection service. The owner pays a small percentage only if the tenant goes to collection and the collection company is able to recover monies.
